Services
I provide psychotherapy for teens and adults who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected—from themselves, from others, or from the life they want to be living.
My approach is relational and experiential, with an emphasis on self-understanding, emotional awareness, and living in alignment with one’s values. Below you’ll find more information about the different ways we can work together.

Individual Therapy
I work with teens (ages 13+) and adults who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or uncertain about where they are headed. Some people come to therapy with a clear concern they want to address; others come in with a more general sense that something isn’t quite right.
In our work together, we focus on understanding what you’re experiencing and how it connects to your history, relationships, and inner world. Therapy can be a space to explore anxiety and mood, clarify values, make sense of patterns that keep repeating, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
My approach is collaborative and here-and-now focused, helping you develop greater self-awareness and the ability to respond to your life with more intention and flexibility.

Group Therapy
Group therapy offers a unique opportunity to better understand yourself in the presence of others. Many of the challenges people bring to therapy—anxiety, self-doubt, feeling “different,” or struggling in relationships—show up most clearly in relational spaces. Group work allows these patterns to be explored in real time, with support, honesty, and care.
In group therapy, members have the chance to both give and receive feedback, feel less alone in their experiences, and develop greater awareness of how they show up with others. Groups can be a powerful space for connection, growth, and practicing new ways of relating in a safe and supportive environment.

Currently, I am offering an adolescent therapy group focused on supporting teens as they navigate anxiety, social challenges, emotional expression, and the complexities of growing up. If you’re interested in learning more or exploring whether the group might be a good fit, please feel free to reach out.

Couples Therapy
Couples often come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns that are painful, confusing, or difficult to change on their own. This may show up as ongoing conflict, communication breakdowns, emotional distance, or struggles related to trust, life transitions, or differing needs.
In couples therapy, the focus is on understanding the dynamics between partners—how each person experiences the relationship, how patterns develop, and how both partners contribute to what unfolds between them. The work is collaborative and here-and-now oriented, helping couples slow things down, speak more honestly, and listen more openly.
Couples therapy can be a space to strengthen connection, clarify needs and values, and develop healthier ways of relating that feel more intentional and meaningful.
