It takes courage to explore support, and I appreciate you taking the time to learn more about who I am and how I work.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Pleasanton, serving the East Bay and Tri-Valley area. I work with individuals, groups and couples who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the complexities of daily living.

My work is collaborative and grounded in helping you gain insight into your experience, understand what’s keeping you stuck, and move in a direction that feels more meaningful and authentic. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, build self-understanding, and develop ways of responding to life that feel more aligned with your values.

I have substantial experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families, especially around issues like stress, identity, anxiety, and depression. Before starting my private practice, I worked with teens in high schools and community settings, supporting a wide range of clients and helping them navigate challenges while growing into who they want to be.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent 15 years in the tech industry, including at companies like Google and Workday. That experience taught me a lot about communication, problem-solving, and the pressures of work life — all of which inform how I understand the struggles people bring into therapy today.

When I’m not in session, I love spending time with my wife and two kids — exploring the Bay Area, traveling, and being outdoors.
